In the beginning, she was terrified.

Somewhere in the course of my discussions, i did mention about a lady journalist who went about investigating every death at the drug war launched by the administration supposedly governing this tiny country southeast of the Pacific.
Here she is, with her acceptance speech in the Hildegarde Awards Her job is to report her investigation, and she did, par excellence.
Let’s take a look at Patricia Evangelista's acceptance speech at the 13th Hildegarde Awards for Women in Media and Communication.

Nope, we will not have three more years of sufferance. There was a sign shown to us when the cockroach crawled up the forked-tongue's shirt sleeve. A roach, by nature, crawls on [lace with foul odor, as if that place is its natural habitat. That means the creature is already amoy lupa (smells like the grave's earth).
I was wondering when the forked-tongue was going to show its self, he was gone ten days?
He is very sick, perhaps dying stage, I think.

@louievill I did feel sorry for Hidilyn Diaz, she brought pride and glory for our country. She cried, Who would not cry, when your name is tarnished.
Don't worry louivill, the Heavenly Powers has got my back. If that happens, oh well, at least I;d be a martyr. Ha ha,

That is because the administration has withdrawn our country from the ICC. Hu Hu. Now we are like the lowliest of countries whose people are rendered powerless to fight for human rights.
Our women journalists though are not afraid, Patricia Evangelista's boss, Maria Ressa has been named Time Magazine's Person of the Year and one of the most influential people of the year, yet, the administration has been suing her for various crimes such as libel and tax evasion, none of which she is guilty of.

@topffer The journalists are high profile. But news has it some radio announcers in provinces had been eliminated.
Really hoping the ICC finds this forked-tongue of a leader guilty soon enough.

@eileenleyva The ICC has not stopped investigating on Duterte, and they will launch international arrest warrants at the end of the investigation. People targeted by these warrants should better never leave the Philippines to be safe...
Have you had some journalists killed ? In Russia or Mexico it happens often.

Illness has made the forked-tongue physically unable to govern. It's a matter of time now.
