Good Morning 5/11

Well, anyway we had some brief showers this morning, but it is clear now. I guess we are waiting for the main part of the system to come in. I have to finish my report so I guess it is good because it is the pits trying to work on something when the internet is blinking on and off. I made waffles for breakfast this morning..real ones, not the toaster variety. Kitty enjoyed some small pieces too. I think he thought I should have made one for him..lol. Plans for your Saturday?

Son called me Friday to wish me a Happy Mother's Day..I was saying Mother's Day is Sunday, he said well it is Mother's Day weekend, and I was thinking of you, so I thought I would call you today.... I guess it is the thought that counts...

Good late morning! Just returned from golf and brunch. Fresh waffles are the only way to go in my book. Glad kitty enjoyed some, too!
