This Rock Goes to My Daughter

Happy Mother's Day! I know it's tomorrow, but I don't plan to be here much tomorrow as I hope to spend a little time with my daughter.
Thursday was rock painting and other than painting military rocks for a special salute to our veterans next month, I did the above rock for my daughter. I scanned several pictures of my grandchildren and great-grandchildren into the computer so I could put their pictures on a rock. Her favorite color is pink. It's not exactly what I wanted, but I would have needed a much larger rock to do what I wanted. This turned out well.
The top three children are hers and bottom two are her granddaughters. Left to right around the top - Sabrina, Devon, Jayten. Middle bottom, Gizelle and Naomii on the right. Sabrina's children.

This will be my first Mother's Day without mama. I'll be staying home with my husband and son. I'm going to watch the new Mary Poppins and relax.

@just4him That's a good idea. to mod dodge it.
It's a bit sad, but then again our older son always spends Mother's Day with his wife, so I'm used to that. We've been celebrating with our younger son, his wife, and her parents for the last several years. I know they love me, and I'm sure I will hear from them. My hubs is planning on giving me a special day. After all, I am the mother of his children. lol
