I had been reading where many of you mylotters were having pizza, and although I love pizza I have been holding out because its not good for me, the salt and all the bread. I have been wanting one bad, I mean really really bad. So while out and about shopping for Tony I asked would he like Cici`s pizza and he said " Yes, its been a while since we got pizza." We do not go in and buffet it, I got a couple to go. Sausage for Tony and Spinach for me. Now here is the bad part, the fat girl in me ate half! And every single bite was freakin awesome! How was your day?

@JohnRoberts I had Cici's once and unless they've changed their recipes, it was like overpaying for a frozen pizza. Even though the buffet was cheap, the pizza was complete crap. If I am going to splurge on a pizza it's not going to be Cici's.

I had a “farmer’s market” pizza from Lean Cuisine the other night. I like making something that sort of resembles pizza: chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce on top of a matzo, sprinkled with cheese and put under the broiler for a few seconds to melt the cheese. Here’s to pizza!!

I ordered a pizza with garlic and pepperoni but the bartender ordered a Margherita pizza (fresh mozz, basil, fresh tomatoes) instead with those modifications. I didn't complain but I wasn't happy. She still got a $20 tip on a $23 bill.

I ALWAYS want pizza, but do not get it real often. I have been pretty good, diet wise today. I am trying to limit bread. I do not have an issue with salt.

I come down the line that sometimes you have to live a little, even if it might kill you. Moderation is key in all things. I have learned this all too well especially with salt. So long as most of the time you are doing the right thing, the occasional splurge is not going to be as bad as if it were every day you were saying, "Screw it." Incidentally, money is like that too.

we had a great day - ps you can make NaaN pizza (pick up NaaN at the store, you control the size and what is on the pizza. Actually very good. Gluten-free NaaN is pretty good!

Funny that you say that. I splurged and ate half a Papa a Johns pizza two days ago. It had been so long and I was so craving it! And like you, it was delicious!

Last week I went shopping in Italy and we stopped at a Pizzeria to have pizza. Italian pizza are not very big, so I did not feel too much guilty.

@andriaperry I am glad that they serve small pizzas in Italy, because I could not refrain to eat more if it could be bigger.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do! It happens to the best of us. I'm not going to lie, there's been times where I've brought home a pizza and eaten the entire thing by myself in one sitting. I feel guilty afterward, but man it sure feels good going down! And it's funny that you mentioned your desire for pizza yesterday, because all day long I was craving pizza, but held off on getting one because I just knew I would eat the entire thing if I did.
