Yesterday was a busy day for me.
Some of you are aware that yesterday was voting day for us. I did it around 3 pm after waiting 40 minutes in a queue.
Then I had a meeting at 5 pm which ended up at 8.15 pm. We were 8 members and we gone there by hiring Uber. On returning we tried to book Uber (one person booked from mobile), the app said, we have not paid for the last trip so first make the payment.
How comes the driver allow us to leave without paying the money.
We paid in cash. On calling customer care, we got a recorded reply, pay first then we will attend your complaints. Finally we dropped the idea and hired two three wheeler.
Then on reaching home I saw, all are busy on watching IPL cricket, it was the final match yesterday. Thankfully it is over at last.
Today morning younger one started to go for outdoor games. It is good for him otherwise he sleeps more time and waste time. If I allow him to go for playing then he will get up in time without any insistence.

You know it started more than one month over now. My younger is so fond of it, just sit infront of the TV without doing his studies. I am really angry. If I scold him he beg me, today my favourite team is playing so on... I am relieved as it is over now.2 people like this

So you had a hectic day yesterday! It was too hot yesterday! Yes, it was IPL final match yesterday, but we couldn't watch as we went to our son's place to see them! Hope the Children must have excelled in their examinations! Great week ahead to you also dear friend!

Yes, it was a hectic day and temperature was high as well. I too did not watch even I was around after 9 pm. Regarding children, (I wrote to you in another discussion) elder one passed 12th and younger one's 7th standard class started in April. Now his school closed for summer break.

@Nakitakona The result will be declared on May 23. There are some more phases left to conduct voting. The result will be declared once the whole elections over in the country.
