changing a family favorite dinner

we love the creation of my wife (its called Cranberry Pork roast). But we also like to change things up from tie to time.
Last night we tried Cranberry turkey meatballs.
I was impressed, it was really good!
Do you ever do that? Take a family favorite meal and change it?

Yes! I am writing a cookbook so I will try just about anything, although I have to expect the flops sometimes.
Edit : I was on Virily last night giving you the works, the site went down! And I was on a roll.
