Never-I shudder at the thought itself.I feel if god wanted someone to have it that way than he would have made them that way.Why to interfere with a normal body part which is healthy and fine.

I'm not going to cicumcise my son. Because I'm not. But if you do it should be at birth. Less pain to deal with when you get older.

With modern technology no pain is endured during this procedure and normally is done within the first 3 days after birth.
