Today again I have problem in TV

Before 15 days I installed disk to replace cable. It was working perfectly till yesterday. Yesterday night rained here. When today I switched on TV I got message error 301, signal not found. Today weather in clear. I contacted and register complaint at help desk. But till the time no one come to me. Nothing is free from problem. Watching TV in bad weather is not possible if we have disk .

Yesterday it rained in our place at night and our tv left blank. This is the problem dish. Hope your tv will be alright soon.

Yes..true. I face the same problem with tata sky
