Photo I took of my rock with sealant

Well, I took a deep breath and did it. I didn't spray the sealant on the rock while it was on the table, as in the photo--I did it on the kitchen floor--in a spot where the linoleum is kind of wrecked from sun and possibly my previous dog anyway. The photo I took there didn't turn out, and I picked the rock up (by the edges of the bag it's on) and put it back on the table to dry anyway, because I didn't want Angel to come over and either drop hairs on it or lick it. I think that it's going to be okay. I've read/heard that one was supposed to spray the back first, but I watched a YouTube video where the person did the front first and said no such thing. I don't think it would really make a difference, anyway. Besides, since this rock is kind of triangular, I'd have to put the rock on one side or something---come to think of it I may have to find a way to make the back turn up flat while the other side is upside down--and I think I just saw a way to do that. So, my first (part of) rock-sealing wasn't so bad. Next time I'll be sealing the back, then it will be ready to hide !
