It's nearly two o clock, and I need to get some things together and leave to catch the bus to the Health Center.
Once again, I am needing to stop at Michael's--probably after my appointment today, as I don't have enough Aida (cross-stitch) cloth for the project I want to get started on. I have some, but not enough to fit in the hoop I'm going to use.
So, with that I will post this, shut the computer down, and head to the bus stop so that I can go to my first acupuncture appointment. This ought to be interesting.
As I said to someone earlier, I will let you know how it went !

I'm all for acupuncture, so I hope the treatment works out for you. It's kinda strange at first, but once you know the routine, it's more relaxing. My acupuncturist would turn out the lights and put music on as I lay there . . . I literally fell asleep at times. Have fun at Michael's - always a treat to go there.
