It Was a Good Day

It's late, but I'm not going to bed yet. I'm not going to the pool in the morning. I usually don't when I combine pool and laundry, which is what I did today. Between the pool and the stairs for laundry, my knees have had it. So has my back.
So, I'm going to relax and allow my bones to recover from all the activity they faced today.
All in all, it was a good day today. I got the notifications done three times and watched a bit of television with my neighbor down the hall.
What I haven't done, and why I'm not going to bed yet, is work on my book. I'm going to make some headway on that before I go to bed. So, I'll most likely be up for another hour.

Is this your routine of cleaning the pool by yourself? Is it okay for you doing that? I miss my friend doing that kind of job too.
