Avoid Feeling Failure

I did read this article today and thought it may be helpful to others so I am sharing it here. I am always open to this sort of thing as I am often overwhelmed by not having a system to organize and so on. Here it is: It is called The Kaizen approach and helps you to avoid feeling like a failure. That is always handy. Had you heard of this system?
Constant improvement is a process that has a place outside of factories.

I do love the idea of this . In essence it seems it is about taking little steps to keep moving forward - but making sure each of those little steps is effective in reaching your goals - focusing on the positives rather than the negatives (but accepting them at the same time). I tend to get overwhelmed by the big picture too . . . but I can live with little by little improvements in life.

Two approaches, me thinks. Do nothing and avoid failure or learn from your mistakes and improve. I think I can align with Kaizen
