Which Bottled Water Do You Like Best?

Lately, I have put on the pounds. You know how the experts say to drink black or green iced tea? I made pitchers and pitchers of unsweetened iced tea with lemon for monthes, with no changes in health. So, now I am going to do yet another expert advice of drinking water. They say to drink half your weight in ounces. Also, they say to take water wherever you go. The only water I can really stand is Dasani. So, I bought two (2) crates. What is your opinion? photo by myself

The water here tastes terrible. I buy the little flavor packets to make it taste better. They come in boxes of six or ten in the Dollar Tree. There are no calories but I am trying to stay away from the artificial sweeteners. Even the bottled water has a nasty taste. I often end up drinking diet soda.

It all tastes the same to me so whatever's cheapest. But I only have bottled water when traveling. Have a Brita filter at home.

I always have bottled water on hand. We often evacuate for hurricanes.

@Spontaneo You mean having water in a pitcher? I just put a glass under the spout.

I buy whatever is cheap. My threshold price on bottled water is $1.99 for a 24 pack of 500ml bottles. It's all just mostly purified water, so the brand does not really matter. I think people when it comes to water just have an impression that one is better than the other...but water is water really. I should note that I worked for Coca-Cola back in the day and we of course made Dasani. We used Milwaukee tap water since our plant was in Milwaukee. It was Milwaukee tap water run through reverse osmosis and ozonation, we added a few "salts" as we called them for a consistent flavor, and rebottled it. Dasani is simply rebottled tap water if I am being totally honest. And it is tap water from whatever plant it is being produced from. There is nothing special about bottled water of any kind EXCEPT that it is run through reverse osmosis and ozonation. But other than that...it is rebottled TAP water, and that is a fact.

I understand your point, but I still like Dasani the best. Maybe the Milwaukee pipes? LOL

@Spontaneo lol. Could be. Although wherever your closest plant is, that's the tap water they are purifying and rebottling.

In my personal case, I just boil water, and get a recycled bottle of water, I fill it up, and that's the only water I drink. The more healthier, the better.

Tap water, from home. I do not buy water. The best way to lose weight it to stop eating and go out and exercise.
