Take good care. Such weather can really make you sick. Have turmeric milk regularly. Tulsi tea will also help.

Sounds like flu to me. Try to boil some water, when it gets ambient temperature add some lemon juice, no sugar, and drink it. It is pure vitamin C which helps your body to bounce back quickly!
