Sunny Saturday

Happy Saturday Everyone! whoohoo we have sunshine here this morning. What a great way to start the weekend. Looks like a pleasant day ahead with temperatures in the 70's F.
I had a good nights sleep and actually got up a bit later than I had wanted. But, it's all good and now I'm ready for my coffee.
Slowly but surely I'm making headway in my notifications so I"m aiming to catch up today.
Later this afternoon I'll be going over to my daughters house to see my granddaughter all dressed up for prom. Such an exciting time for her and it just makes me feel old. I can't believe she's heading off to college and I won't see her as much as I do now. This is a good time to give the thumbs up to technology....texting, face time, etc.
Anyway, before I get emotional about time flying by, I'm going to have my coffee and see what's happening here in the wonderful world of myLot.

We had sunshine today too, but only got around 60.

I know what you mean. sometimes I have to be reminded of how old and grown most of my grand babies are and the internet and phone does help keep me up with them

It is Saturday isn't it lol... I had to think about that for a few minutes! No sunshine for us yet, but the temps are quite nice so I'm not complaining!! Yes, time does fly by when you get older. I can remember my mom saying the same thing!! And now, I'm saying it. ;)

That's great you have sun and warm weather. I know you'll take lots of pictures of your granddaughter. Time flies. I know you're recalling when you held her in your arms for the first time. Now, she's all grown up. Sorry to make you cry thinking about that. Technology is certainly great and I know you'll be using it a lot in the future.
