'Mirror, Mirror on the Wall?'

"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" This is the big, controversial question which the evil stepmother of Snow White is asking.
The mirror in the said fairy tale doesn't tell a lie. It reflects the truth.
I am using this as analogy to point out that nobody's perfect. We use the mirror to make ourselves very pleasant to look at. We put some makeup to make ourselves handsome, beautiful.
That's one kind of a mirror.
The other is "mirror" which is in quotation. That means it is not a physical mirror, but it's a life's reflection of one's character, attitude, behavior, and personality on how their fellow person reacts either favorably or not based on one's disposition.
That means of what you are is what others regarded you. There's a saying that says: "tell me your company and I will tell you who you are."

That's a thought provoking discussion.. Our company be it people around us, our character, our attitude, our thoughts, faith, belief, perception... They all define us in totality.

That's the other "mirror" - reflecting reactions from others. Thus, that particular reactions may be good or bad depending on the "mirror" (the subject person's attitude).

@ihasaquestion Right for they're. Its reflection is dependent on the reactions of others. That's why it's stated there good or bad.

I have heard that saying before and it is so true. That's why I try to surround myself by trustworthy people, and honest ones. As for your post title it reminds me that Disney just posted of the trailer of Maleficent Two, have you seen the movie?

Probably you come across that in one of your readings. It's Miguel de Cervantes who said that, a Spanish author and poet.

I am glad to read this post, you know the reason though
.
I am going to agree, but sometimes we are little different from the people you are surrounded with. The reason I am saying this is because I am, though not entirely but basics do vary.
But yes, I still agree to your point to an extend.
