Eating Light Meals

Since the weather is so hot and humid outside, I decided to stay in as much as possible again today. I went out earlier and changed the bird bath water. I do that twice a day for the birds.
And I picked a few roses for the table to enjoy inside. Other than that I will be staying cool inside today. Got a few projects finished I had been putting off. My donation boxes are almost ready for Goodwill.
So I had a late breakfast with these toaster pastries. Blueberry is my favorite flavor. I don't eat much when the weather gets hot. Light meals are how I roll this time of year.

I was thinking of running to the gas station for some lunch meats and cheese today as it has gotten very humid here too.

I love the heat and humidity! I will mow grass here for a couple hours, get some sun and let the dogs roam.

i'd planned to do some farrier work, but alas 'tis too windy 'n i jest aint'n the mood to eat dirt. when 'tis hot, 'tis time fer foods ya aint gotta cook. salads 're a big fare here, 'f all sorts'n imaginations.
did get part 'f the pasture scalped (weeds...dang 'em, they severely outnumber me) 'n hopin' fer some rains to come'n coax that native grass 'nto growin'. weed-eated the entire back yard (1/4 acre) 's ya can't get a mower 'round all the hubs 'schtuff'.

It's absolutely beautiful here today and I'm going to sit outside and read for awhile. I don't eat heavy meals either when the weather gets warm.

In my country now is also very hot and humid.It is good to have light meal and if the climate is like this also you won't feel hungry much.

That does sound like stay inside weather! Light meals are good....I may try that this summer.
