In case if mylot starts reducing earned money here on your mistakes like grammar, sentence formation and even negative postings. what would you feel and how you react It would be a great discouraging feature for me and it would even prevent me from posting further what would you feel and react?

If they don't mentioned before joining site, than it would be rude. If they have that rule posted in FAQ and TOS than it is ok.

myLot has NEVER penalised people for incorrect spelling or grammar and never will do so. Read the Terms and the Guidelines to see why. It used to be the case (before May 2013) that earnings were deducted when a discussion was removed but this is no longer so. The current system calculates earnings every hour and any earnings made and added to your total due to a post which is subsequently deleted will NOT be deducted. The only time that earnings will be lost is when an account is banned and that only happens in certain cases where the Terms or Guidelines have been seriously abused or ignored.

i don't think mylot would ever do that because it's not an article writing site and it's an international site that welcomes members from around the world as long as they post in english so everyone understands, not in a foreign language. in the old mylot, we lost earnings when posts were deleted but they were deleted due to violations. they were not deleted because of mistakes in grammar or sentence formation. in the new mylot, we no longer lose earnings when posts are deleted, but the rules about "not criticizing users for bad or broken English" is still there, just like in the old mylot. what do you mean by "negative postings" though?

I think that they cannot penalize those who are not of native language, so they cannot reduce the earnings due to grammar mistakes. They remove negative posts that break the rules, so the user cannot make money. Stopping spammer is the only way to keep a site alive and safe. Should they reduce earnings for removed comments I would understand their reasons and I would continue writing here.

Why do you mention only foreigners for whom English is not the native language? There are members for whom English *is* the native language who commit the most embarrassing grammar mistakes.

@MALUSE I have noticed and they should at least make mandatory to "spell" the text before submitting. Some discussions are ridiculous. There are so many mistakes that it is almost impossible to understand what people are talking about.

I do not think anyone would be pleased with that.

@Manasha I personally wouldn't be bothered by it as it wouldn't really affect me. Not saying that I'm a perfect writer or anything but English is the language I speak. But I would feel horrible for those who are still trying to improve their English.

Little set of discouragement, but that won't stop me from expressing. I love this, now I can't imagine my day without this
