It`s Because I Know and Didn`t Know

The past two nights I have slept wonderfully, getting more than eight hours of sleep each night, regardless of dreaming I feel rested.
Why not all the other nights?
Its because I know and my brain is programmed, rerunning " you have to get up and do this today" so I`m not actually getting that deep rest I want and need, because I know I have to get up, do one job at home and then go, whether for him or something else.
Yesterday I got something unexpected, Healing Reiki, and I do feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted off my shoulders.
So, what about you, do you sleep lighter knowing you have to get up the next day to go to work or appointments?

I sleep good most nights now. But when I am having to get up early I usually dont sleep as good.

You need something to help you sleep, not sleeping wear out the body and mind.

When I know I have something major to do the next day..I sleep lightly, or wake up alot during the night.

After years and years of being conditioned by getting up for work and a-hole noisy neighbors and dogs, it's impossible to revert to what once was at least for me.
