A Frank Question?!

This is a simple question ...How much time you spend on your self without any interference?
I spend about 30 minutes to 60 minutes every day before my sleep where I reviews my day's work and contribution and and just think about me and only me where I get lot of consolation!
I recall what ever I can recall and enjoy the moments, I enjoy the moments which were really near to me in my life! At that time there is only one person in my mind and that is only me and me!
Do you spend some time on your self absolutely to pamper and rejuvenate yourself?

@Nevena83 , That is the time when we need to convince ourselves that let the past be past and this is the time to start a new life, as there was nothing in hour hands to prevent that bad thing to have happened. Repeated consoling will definitely reduce the emotional scar and we will get back to normalcy very soon! So I thnk we must take out time to introspect ourselves and pamper ourselves emotionally!

So you admit that you never give time to yourself to introspect and pamper your self emotionally to keep yourself happy! This is the case with most of us because of which we feel irritated and get anger for no reason! If we take out time on regular basis and concentrate about our mental trauma we faced and repair it by going to the cause then I am sure we will be most happy in our lives!

I do not do this the way I should. I believe there is a lot of peace and satisfaction in doing so.

In the past I had a diary and at the end of each day I wrote about my activities, thoughts and feelings. I also wrote about the things that I was grateful for that day. It was a nice way to reflect and spend time on myself. Today I don't have a diary, but I have thought about starting again.

@Porcospino , I think you should start writing again as this is not only a good habit but also a big stress reliever! All the best!

@AKRao24 At one point it was a habit. I wrote almost daily, and if I start again it will probably become a habit again. I prefer to do it right before I go to bed when the day is almost over. I have kept some of the things I wrote in the past, and when I read them again it brings back old memories

I'm not really sure. I feel like everything I do is to rejuvenate myself. I guess after I finish working I like to spend time writing a fanfiction so I can clear my mind, feel warm and fuzzy, and just live in a different world for a little while. I can normally do that for a few hours haha

Thanks dear friend! Yes we all get this feeling after every successful project...which I can understand best as a Stud Vet! That is a sense of feeling good because of one of feel good hormones that is being secreted in your body! My question is that do you really really spend some time about your self? Not about your enjoyments of your success?

@DesirousDreamer , Same thing applies to me, so my friends and relatives call me as a Workaholic. That is different thing, we have a feel good mood when we are engaged in some thing and accomplish the job completely! This is not pampering or introspection, i feel!

@AKRao24 I always need to be creating something, if I am not creating something I am thinking about something I want to create. So no matter what I cannot just relax and pamper myself without my brain going crazy about what I need to do next.

Well now a days my online works, office and home commitments are so heavy that I rarely get such time.
But when some of the the things smooth out in next some time, I could start having such time.
