He is #97 on Rolling Stones 100 Greatest Singers. He died of lung cancer in 2014. He smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day until 1991. 1946 - Cher (pictured above) was born (Cherilyn Sarkisian). She is an American singer/songwriter, actress and producer and the Goddess of Pop. She first became popular as Sonny and Cher. 1965 - I Got You Babe.
