Do you have a vent buddy?
I read an article in Facebook about having a vent buddy that is good for your health. And it does make sense to me especially in my current condition. I have no one to vent to in person. I have the boyfriend but he sometimes can’t help me.
I often think of someone or a stranger to talk to somewhere. I remember when I was in the ER last February, I was in pain because of my hip fracture. The boyfriend and my Brother was out talking to the Doctor. I was beside someone who is in pain as well, I talked to her and vent out about my frustrations when it comes to the Er, and we have the same sentiments. I feel a lot better when someone listens to you and give side comments.

We all need a vent buddy. But sometimes even our besties are not able to understand us as they are not going through the same pain and situation. They can be a big emotional support but we feel that still they are not able to relate to our pain.
In this world of Internet, there are many groups of people going through same or similar pain and they come in a pool to share their burden. I hope you find some such group.

I agree, having someone to listen to your woes can lighten your load.

It is important to have someone whom we can vent out. If we are like others that don't vent out too often or not at all on social media, a friend, personal friend, not virtual, would be a perfect person to be with around.

Having someone to listening to can ease our burdens.
I hate having fractures. I had bone fractures on different accidents when I was young. The first one was when the antique alarm clock fell on my toes. Aaaww! It was so painful. I got another fracture while playing volleyball. This time on my right thumb. And the worst was shoulder blade fracture when I was in grade 6. It took years to get completely healed. I had to wear arm cast for a couple of months. But I could still the pain especially when the weather was cold until I was in college.

I need a vent buddy. So that I can share what my day is, was and what had happened to me at work or at home.
