Last days I was having some pain in my eyes so I had a doubt that my lense number might have increased. Finally, yesterday I went for a check up and found that the number is highly increased. From 0.25 and 0.50 - to both 0.75
Wow! I just already got lense number increased sometime back, only a few months ago and again an increase. Sad !!
But I've heard I look cute in specs.. Do I??..

@ShifaLk more like old age. i was supposed to wear glasses when i was 13, but never did and managed just fine through school and work. but now that i'm much, much older, it has gotten harder and harder to read smaller print so i finally got my first pair. after a few years, i got my second.

@hereandthere oh I see... That's because of age then.. That's okay then.
I got just a very small lense number around 3-4 yrs back which was meant to be used only while using computer but then slowly I got higher number yesterday.. 0.75

@ShifaLk Well , yes it is agreeable that you look good in glasses but a sudden increase in power of your lenses is not a great news. Hence, keep an eye on some best practices that could keep those eyesight good.
All my family members wear glasses while they read, unlike any of them I have not ever used glasses.Besides, I spent majority of my time on laptop and chunk of time on phones as well.
