Why would someone pay us to interact?

My therapist couldn't believe that a site like mylot exists. I told my therapist about mylot. I told her because she asked me how I can earn money extra. When I told her about mylot, she said that she can't understand why someone would pay us to interact. And she was so surprised. She didn't know that a site like mylot exists. I didn't know what to say. I didn't want to tell her about this site, but she insisted too much. Why would someone pay us to interact? This is a good question. Isn't it?
