I'm having a pork chop seasoned with Emeril's Essence. To go with it I'm having leftover rice and asparagus. Nothing fancy this evening.

Roomie split a pizza from Costco with me..It was one of those huge combo ones from the food court..so there is plenty left over. I also had some strawberries,,which coming from there are really yummy.

I made a tater-tot casserole for supper. It has 1 1/2 pounds of ground round in a 13 inch cake pan, with diced purple onion&garlic over it. Cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, a layer of Mexican-blend cheeses, with tater tots on top. It baked for about an hour.
