Dracula’s Flower

When this flower comes into bloom it releases a very pungent odor that reminds one of rotting meat. It has the ability to attract flies which assist in its pollination. All the parts of this plant are poisonous if they are ingested and if touched you can get skin irritation or an allergic reaction. This flower is known as “Dracula’s flower” likes shaded areas and does not do well in direct sunlight. Has anyone seen such a flower?

Since it's pollinated by flies it can probably turn up anywhere @LindaOHio
