Do you think the following writing styles are effective here to getting read and interacted?
1. Making title appears weird
2. Making it appealing to cater to the needy
3. Making it as a freebie or gift-giving
4. Making it difficult, easy
5. Making it a cure-all
Do you think those methods are attention-getting and bluffing the readers?
Are those writers using them are taking advantage of the ignorance of the readers for their own benefits?

I think it works for some, but not for quality discussions... Which I prefer. Those tactics take more time and energy and in the end won't get you much more money. Just relax and have fun.

@Nakitakona I am not a creative person for making attractive titles.

Bluffing the readers is NEVER a good thing, on the whole! Your title should be, ideally, brief, descriptive of the content of the discussion and straightforward. There are a few people who can occasionally get away with titles which are intentionally misleading. Don't ever assume that you are one of them!

Thanks. But I am not. I go straight to the content of my post title.

News should be written in straight account. Articles should be informative, helpful.
