Back from the gym

Well it did drizzle tonight unexpectedly. So that 35% was pretty much accurate. I'm glad I've grabbed my spring jacket with me in case it did a tiny bit. And my sub was my Thursday yoga instructor who taught our small class. My friend Victoria wasn't there today unless she took this week off. So I'll bet tonight's routine will be the same tomorrow night that I'll report on Friday afternoon.
Here's what we did this evening with some newer poses:
4 Intense Body Stretches (2x/side) and 4 Kneeling Lounges (2x/side)
4 Side Leg Stretches (2x/side) and 2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side)
2 Modified Side Planks (1x/side) and 2 Forward Folds
2 Sequences of Warrior One/Two Poses (1x/side) and 2 Reverse Table Poses with Crossed Legs (1x/side)
4 Big Toe Poses (2x/side) and 2 Down Dogs and 2 Eagle Poses (1x/side)
2 Bridge Poses and 2 Tree Poses (1x/side)
2 Happy Baby Poses and 1 Legs Up the Wall Pose
That's about it for this evening!
