I like yogurt in general, and greek yogurt in particular. I like the thickness of it, and it reminds me of eating pudding or ice cream. Weight Watchers has labeled greek yogurt as a 0 point food, as it has lots of nutrtitional benefts and is fairly low in calories. I am enjoying some now. Even if you don't like regular yogurt you might enjoy the greek type. It is not strained quite as much.

I like them all..Plain isn't too exciting, but you can use it in place of sour cream, or mayo. You can also add things to it.

I do enjoy the thickness of it but I do not like the sour taste to it. In recipes I can always taste that sourness and I don't like it so I have switched to buying vanilla yogurt that is lower cost then Greek yogurt anyway. My mother loves Greek yogurt though.

I get the mixed kind like mixed berry, or something like that. It doesn't taste sour to me.

@shaggin We all have tastes we react too. For me it is liver, I can always ferret it out..and sometimes even pepperoni can have a liver component..it makes me not like it as much, if I detect it.

I have nothing against Greeks but I don't care for their yogurt or anyone's yogurt for that matter.

I am not a fan of dairy. Greek yogurt is a bit too thick and dairy-like to me.

I do love how thick it is! My husband and kids love the vanilla or honey one with granola in it. But that can be a lot of sugar . . . it's better to get the plain one and add healthy stuff to it. I would eat a big spoonful of the plain just to get the health benefits!

Did you say yogurt or gogurt? I have had the Greek but it seems a bit thick. I like yogurt a lot. I like vanilla best and if I add just a tad bit of granola on top it adds a crunch that adds flavor and texture to it. Sorry, I am not much of a fan of Greek style yogurt but know it is a good source of low calorie nutrition. Have you had yogurt covered raisins? They are a great snack food.

@snowy22315 , Excellent. I like them better than chocolate covered raisins. But they are very sweet. You have to eat them in moderation IMO.

@lookatdesktop I don't think the coating is real yogurt..honestly, it is some kind of blend.

I guess by natural you mean the stuff that is not mass produced. I am not sure I have access to that here..not without going to a health food store.

@nela13 Oh the plain..that is sour. I do use that sometimes in place of sour cream or mayo. It is Ok, if you add things to it as well.

Greek yogurt is a gorgeous light food and best dressing for salad. Some dinners, whenever I want to withdraw some kilos I have only Greek yogurt with small toast.
