We had unexpected strong rain yesterday and some parts of the kitchen were leaking. Then my tenant was having flood water on the side wall. I went up and pick out leaves and dirt from the gutters.
Later that day, some of the neighbors request to use our stairs to have their gutters cleaned because they also experience strong leaks.
Two of my dogs just won't them alone and kept barking non stop.

Oh that is really bad if the gutters are clogged as it may overflow and cause some unexpected flooding. I think it is really time to check those gutter to really prepare for the rainy season. It is still summer in our place but rains are already regular almost everyday late in the afternoon.

@Letranknight2015 it will take some time before it will accumulate and if neglected will clog them again. It’s nice to look at them from time to time.

@Letranknight2015 Why? are there trees that causes too much leaves in your gutter? if that's the case, then you really have to clean it once a week.
