I love this saying. I agree with it 100%. Breaking up with stress does a body good. I am enamored with the idea of breaking up with stress. It takes too much time out of your life. Think about how much more time you would have to accomplish things. No stress, no problem. So, even though I am still waiting for results I am also moving on to get a few things done that I am putting off. How is your day going?

It's going OK. Watching these storms on the radar. Looks like we might get more rain.

Enjoy the rain. The grass and plants will love it.

@LindaOHio Some of the states get too much and some are starving for it. Unfortunate.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if it were a stress free world. But, I have a feeling we would find something to wonder about anyway.

As much as we want a stress free life we couldn’t. We could only manage some of it but getting rid of that is impossible. I heard from someone that stress would only leave us is when life leaves us already.

I think you are right. Anyway a stress free life doesn't guarantee a happy life.

I sometimes get away with refusing to feel stress. I wish I could do it all the time. Lucky you.

It's too bad that we can't just wish stress away.

Managing stress can be difficult sometimes. But I do my best. I'll exercise. Go for walks. Watch some funny shows. Listen to calm music. These are just somethings that help me.

Stress needs to go take a hike! I have been a stress ball lately myself . . . I'm trying to clean up the house a lot to take things off my mind. And that's what I'm doing this morning but I keep playing on myLot .

I guess there are a lot of ways to get rid of stress. One that many people seem to mention is exercising.
