Hello, all! It has been roughly more than 4 months that I was out of circulation. As what I have said before, having a workload of 8 hours duty every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, at 7AM-3PM shift, took most of my energy and time that I would just lie down in bed once I got home from work; adding to this, the climate here to our end is extremes--- having 43 degrees heat index everyday is so bad. I sweat even while sleeping.
We are having a 2 and ½ months vacation and will be back to work on the 3rd week of August. I still plan to work until I reach my retirable age.
I hope to be active now that I am home, but there may still be some instances that I have to run for errands, so please pardon my intermittent absences from this site.
How is everybody?

hello, @raski, how is life? yes, here in the northernmost part of our country, my city is always noted to have the hottest temperature and 100% rainfall 'pa'. right now, the temperature is rising again.

@cacay1 really, you were out of circulation here for a year? haha. my friend, those are some instances that we, teachers, cannot hold on our time because our work catches more of our personal lives.

I hope you are well other than sweating. I'm so sorry you are so hot all the time. I hate the heat and it's been too hot here as well. I can't wait for Fall!

yes, it is so hot, and humid too. that is why if possible, if i go out for errands, i do it in the morning. i would not like to have heatstroke. i have to always be 'cool'.

@JustBhem was it your hip, or your longest bone, the femur, that had fracture?

We too in the Hawaiian islands are having quite warm weather. Since June we are in hurricane watch season till the end of Nov. Hope our weather improves and be mild summer too.

Take your time. It is okay to not add more working hours outside of your work.

yes, it was a super-busy school load for me. it was nice if almost all my students were good,; what made me more tired was supervising them more intently because it was a common knowledge in our department of nursing that this group needed more assistance, supervision, love, and concern from us instructors.

thank you. it is usually the climate here that hinders me from logging on on desktop, and my workload as well. my students are senior nursing learners, and i have had a hard time teaching many of them.
