When it comes to dieting i dont thing alot of people realize that counting calories could make you drop weight in a good amount of time, depending the work you put in.
When i get serious about my diets ( i calorie count) say i intook 1000 calories that day, when i go to the gym i like to burn at least 100 calories more so that way what you intook is like you never did, some times it can be hard to hit that many calories but as long as your meals are healthy and full of the things you need everything will fall into place(:
Would you try calorie counting?
Have you tried it before ?
If not, which types of diets work for you ?(:

As since I two out of my three kids have to have high calorie intake so nope I don’t count them and we don’t keep it low since they need the extra as do I since I burn off more then I keep on. So pretty much have a pass to eat whatever I want.

That’s a good thing you don’t have to worry about them, I don’t either but just when I’m looking to drop a few pounds (:
