Wasting time in explanations....

Early in the morning, I had a little tiff with my Gardner....
I asked him to put a water pipe in a certain way so that it doesn't retain left over water and that can help in increasing the life of it.
But"No", he is so adamant that he still did the same thing, I do understand that he has less time to deal with this, but doing things in a better way that can help him and me as well is a good deal...
Lastly I realised, I am just wasting my time in explaining him, he will only understand what he wants to... Auuuggghhhh....

Don´t you just love it when you feel you have explained something so well for them to think the opposite of what you want?
He probably does get what you want and at least I hope he will fix it all up for you.
