Later this week, Air Force 1 will climb majestically above the clouds over the USA and will head East towards Europe. The aircraft will touch-down in England, and so will begin a State Visit, to a country with a caretaker Prime Minister (Mrs May handed in her notice last week, Fri 7th June will be her last working day). D'you think the President of the USA will bring a nice leaving gift for Mrs May?
The incredible aircraft, vehicles and entourage that will be accompanying the US president in June.

Call it a "rhetorical question", a conversation starter. Seems it has failed this time.

@pgntwo It has underlying reason which I am not aware of.

@Nakitakona Not really - just a link to a news article that shows him and his wife descending the stairs from the Presidential plane, and a somewhat misdirecting headline.

Well. the "i" had quite a funny cartoon showing Trump laying a wreath of poppies at a somewhat startled-looking Theresa May's feet.

@pgntwo Unfortunately, I can't find a copy of it online. It was published in the "i" on Saturday, June 1st. I don't know whether it was in the Independent as well.

@pgntwo A nice pair of shoes perhaps? This is going to be one of those dreadful weeks during which TV will be utterly boring.

Lordy I thought he was in Japan I know he is due to arrive tomorrow. Bit too late to buy her anything that will be useful in listening to her own people rather than to Furher Merkle and Yellow belly Macron!

So, what did he give it did he give anything? I don't keep up with the news barely at all. I saw your name on someone's post and realized I'd not seen you recently as I've been away, out and about.

Tell the truth, I can't remember! Looks like he is being handed parts of the UK on a plate, so something changed hands... Trade Deals R Us, it seems.

If he's diplomatic he should but I'm not sure what he'll do.

He is starting to go off the deep in. I hope he does not get elected again.
