I cooked ground pork with veggies. It was supposed to have quail eggs like in the photo but I did not have that in my kitchen so I just made use of what I had. It's my first time to cook it so while preparing, I kept my fingers crossed. Gladly, it turned out good as my family ate it with much gusto. Usually, it would take two to three trials before I get to perfect the recipe but I nailed this recipe at first try. The photo is from Panlasang Pinoy.

One of my favorite easy to cook dish, I like watching cooking show and Panlasang Pinoy is one of them because they cook easy food.

I also like watching Judy Ann's Kitchen and Ester Landayan's Prinsesa ng Kusina. I followed the latter's menudo recipe and it's the bomb.

@Iam_jauntyjen i.did and i liked it he first bought the eggs then in sunday we bought a lot of beef. now i.cooked it with quail.eggs.

I love quail eggs. We use them to for our adobo. I avoid ground pork, because they are so fatty, though. Congratulations, because though you cooked that recipe for the first time, it was delicious.
