Only two months left

Philippines
June 9, 2019 11:23pm CST
I went to the bank today and so far there wasn't any traffic or que line. Two months from we'll be free from this penalty that was given to us by the district for not paying the permit over the last ten years. Mom's fault for not taking care of this herself and allowed people she knew from the government to deal with it. I hope this doesn't happen again.

It will not if you will do it yourself. It is hard at times to trust people fixing legal papers

If they were supposed to take care of it, it's not fair that u should pay the fee!!

Oh! You had to go through this whole trouble because of one mistake of your mom. Good that it's just a matter of two months and things will be sorted out.

Oh penalties can be very constraining for business that is why you should always check if taxes, licenses and the likes are paid on time regularly. Government offices are not keen on checking on you on a regular basis but when you are asking or required to seek clearances would it surface your deficiencies in that agency.

@Letranknight2015 lesson learned from there. Anyway I think many businesses are not immune to that.

Hello @rsa101 I often remind her about it but she kept on shrugging it off. At least now it's being paid all those years of missed payment.

@Letranknight2015 That's terrible. The taxes have already incurred penalties.
