Non English posts

I think mylot allows the use of only English language. But lately I'm seeing a few users who make comments on some other language which I don't know. Isn't this against the rules? I ibve told one person to answer in English and then he did not respond back.

There's a report-option under all the posts. If it's a recurring problem, just report it. I've used non-English words that I can't translate ('cause there's no word meaning the exact same thing), then usually followed by an explanation.

Doing this is fine. we often use word from our local language followed by an explanation in English. Doing this is perfectly fine.

Yes. "Posting in a language other than English - Please don't use words or symbols from other languages unless you are asking how to translate a word or phrase." Please just report any instances you see.

Using other language than English is not fair. Some time we use our language only to explain what we want to say.

Sometimes it is ok. But the whole posts are in a different language.

I have seen persons greeting another person in non-English language, but never seen a full comment on a non-English language. I would like to see the post.

Me too. Maybe this is the reason he is doing g ut. all he can do is just read English but can't express himself.
