2019 Health Journey -- Day 163 (June 12th)

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. I am back to share my food/health post for the day. Fasting blood sugar: 83 (lowest it's ever been I think) Meal 1/snack: Slim jim (teriyaki flavor) Meal 2: 1 can of tuna with mayo and no sugar added ketchup 1 slice of swiss cheese Blood sugar after: 79 Meal 3: 1 serving of the chicken cordon bleu casserole & my "fat bomb" dessert of peanut butter/butter mixture Blood sugar after: 90 ~Macros~ Calories: 1,497 Protein:90 Fat:116 Net Carbs: 17 I did pretty well today with sticking under 20 net carbs, and having my blood sugars all be under 100! My protein was a bit high again....but I'm not too worried. How do you think I did today? Also, how did YOU do? Have anything good on the menu?

@wolfgirl569 I stayed this low carb before and never saw 80's for my fasting number, it's amazing! I know that a few cheat days will happen though coming up. After the 4th of July though going to try to stick to just 1 cheat day a month for a while.

I have a curry tonight and rice.Cheat day for me because I eat too much because of the creamy curry and I love it.
