I still wonder whether it was the refrigerator or the excess heat that spoiled everything in the refrigerator was spoiled. Mostly all of the food smelled so bad. The things were cold but I think the cooling efficiency of the fridge is reduced.

Sometimes frequent power cuts also lead to foods getting spoiled. But cleaning fridge regularly also helps.

@amitkokiladitya if that's the case, then maybe the refrigerator is no longer functioning/cooling properly. how old is it? maybe go to the website of that brand to find out how to get their technician to check it.

Sorry that you lost some valuable food. A working fridge is so important especially when it is very hot.

@amitkokiladitya I see that but if you can't buy one then you should lessen what you're cooking so that, there'll be no food wasted or lessen the wasted food

There may be some problem with fridge. Have you kept the food after cooling? Due to excess heat the food may take time to cool off.

Foods kept in the fridge must be covered. Bacteria thrives in the fridge so if foods are kept uncovered it becomes breeding ground for bacteria.

Must have been both that spoiled your food. Mixed of hot and cold air tends to make the formation of molds faster then when it is stored in a cold or hot environment. But a balance of both can trigger the spoilage of the food you cooked.
