Failure and success...

Something really interesting I came across today... We had this seminar in our office which was about failure and success. One very wise man was the speaker to this and he pointed out something that is worth a thought.... According to him, " Failures can make a man successful, this is only 50 percent true" I was eager so I asked him" how can he say that, because for past 31 years everyone around me is teaching that failures lead to success" To this he smiled and said something really beautiful, " if you think that failures lead to success, you must have been successful till now, and infact most of the people would be. It's not only the failure that leads to success, it's the reflection you bring it on oneself. Do you check the reason for the failure, do you work on that, do you question yourself. So bottom line of the story is, it's not failure that leads to success it's your vision post failure that leads to success" How about this.... Isn't this amazing...

Failure teaches us to be more vigilant and therefore our success is attributed to failure.

Recently after the results declared of 10th and 12th some one wrote in a newspaper. The failure is not something great like the people said, 'failure is the first step of success'. The success will be there for those who learnt from their mistakes and ready to change or work hard further. Otherwise failure remains failure.

I like to succeed on the first attempt but if I don't then I try again. When I went for my driving licence I got it the first time.

yes but what i really observe is people succeed after so.many failures thats because they never give up. once they fail, they.learn the lesson and never repeat their.mistakes.

I do agree with the speaker that failures can lead man to be successful is 50% true for the remaining 50% is for success to get failed. It sounds impossible but it does happen.

@Aansh13 There should be a balance so to speak. Remember those who go up would soon come down and those who are down would soon be up.
