Happy Friday everyone! It’s a gorgeous day here.
This is a photo of Fredo, our daughter-in-law’s cat. He is now living at her and our son’s new home for the first time.
He is young, thin, and full of energy unlike Doodles. Our son found him in a top shelf of his wall unit in the den. 
Today I will be in and out. I’m going to try a walk around the neighborhood to see how well my back holds up. I also have a dental appointment. And as usual, it’s our Friday date night! We did go out to dinner with our son and his wife last Friday night as a welcome home dinner, but it’s not the same as our Friday date nights.

My goodness - just how did he get up there?! He "goes" with the knick knacks 
.
How is your back doing - I hope the pain is lessening every day? I had my yappy dental appointment last week with my yappy dentist . . . had our yap session and all is good for now . Enjoy date night tonight!

Fredo says hi back, but his voice is so little that you can barely hear it. . One quick leap and he is where he wants to be.
My walk went well, but still not where I want to be. I had to sit and rest when I got home, but doing better every day. I may have to skip walking and the gym next week. 
I had a cleaning with my happy hygienest on Wednesday. . Today will be more serious. I have a chipped front tooth and have to choose the best option for me. Bonding, laminates, or implant?

Have a great day and I hope your back feels okay with the walk. We are having Jack overnight so no date night for us lol Kasey and John are going to spend one night relaxing at the beach, they both need it before next weeks oncologist visit.

@DianneN Thank you so much, he had an episode yesterday, couldn't see from not enough oxygen, they are getting him oxygen for home, they let him out of the hospital without it!! Makes you wonder.

Just love that photo. When Sid was indoor mostly he always looked to find the highest places to sleep like on top of bookshelves and then he discovered he could go even higher and that is when he started living on the rooftop. Here is one of him up high inside.

Do you think the car was stuck up there? It's hard to know.
When you walked did you walk with someone else in case you didn't do as well as you hoped? Have you ever walked with canes before? We have four in the house. Most are my husband's although I took one with my to work the last few months before surgery especially once my back for worse. It helped walking with a cane on either side to keep my walk stable.
If you find your back isn't quite where you want it to be the canes might help you be more comfortable and once your healed you can store them until you're older.
Once my knee is healed I shouldn't needed mine anymore especially since my back has relief being I'm off work.

He’s all black except for one white hair.
I recently returned from a 15 minute walk, and couldn’t wait to sit down and relax. However, every day is much better. No, I haven’t had therapy since I’ve been here, but I still Ice and heat and do stretching exercises. Thank you!
