Unexpected phone call

Yesterday I received an unexpected phone call from a relative. The main matter of concern was that they were facing some family issues which were certainly related to my husband's sister. I know something is not right but can't figure out what. The person who called also did not tell anything clearly. In addition to this, she asked me not to tell about her call to anyone.
This mentally disturbed me so much that I couldn't come here all day. Now I have over 100 notifications to take care of. I hope I will be able to answer back all of them.
