2019 Health Journey -- Day 165 (June 14th)

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well tonight (or this morning if it's already morning where you are).
I am back to share about my food/health for the day.
First, I should talk about weight since my weigh - in days are on Friday. I lost 5 pounds, which is pretty much the water weight that I put on after eating carbs for a week. I hope to break past losing and gaining the same 5 pounds soon.
Next....my blood sugar averages. I don't remember what they were the last time I shared them.
14 day: 116
30 day: 119
That would be about a 5.8, which would be closer to where I want to be! My current goal is to get my a1c under 6%
Now....for today!
Fasting blood sugar: 100 (not in the 80's as it has been, but still good)
Meal 1:
1 can of tuna with mayo & no sugar added ketchup
1 serving of pepperoni
Blood sugar: 94
Meal 2:
bun-less burger with a little mayo & no sugar added ketchup
3 cheesy potato bites (about 4 carbs each)
Blood sugar: 110 (not to self, no potato bites!)
Snack/dessert:
Peanut butter/butter mixture (so good!)
I added 1 serving of sugar free chocolate chips
Blood sugar: 103 (probably still above 100 from the chips)
~Macros~ (approx.)
Calories: 1,494
Protein: 61
Fat:124
Net Carbs: 22
A little higher than I wanted to be on net carbs, but that's okay...it is still really low carb!
Blood sugars were good, but not great. What do you think?
How did you do today as well?

That is okay! I appreciate that...Saturday's numbers are not going to be so good because I won't be staying low carb.
