Back from the gym

This morning's session was a cardio workout. There were 8 stations. We did 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest/transition to next spot, then 15:15, then 30:30, then 15:15. This is what we did:
1) Assault bike
2) C2 rowing machine
3) Lateral band side steps
4) Push ups
5) Prowler push/push
6) Squat jumps
7) Lateral wall ball (2x L, 2x R)
8) Wall sit
We did a run and squat jumps between the rounds. We finished with a team wall sit two times. We passed a medicine ball around the room while we all wall sat. When it got to the last person then the round was done.
It was a good session. Next workout is Monday at 5 pm.
