Had 'aamras puree' for breakfast today

This is one item that cannot be missed during the mango season. It is a great combination, The 'aamras' (mango extract) is freshly extracted from sweet mangoes Sweeter the mangoes the better is the combination.
Our purees did not turn out as soft as those we get from a nearby restaurant but quite palatable

Oil is added but it depends on how well it is kneaded Our girl is not good at it.

@allknowing I see, I know how it is made, but I never tried, my tongue swells if I eat mangoes.
