I worked outside today and moving some things, they had ants underneath.
I did not know that my shorts leg was touching a disturbed can and they bit my leg all over.
Next I moved a few sticks and the ants bit me all over both hands.
I am itching so bad.
Ant remedies for any bites?

I have never been bitten by an ant. I don't know if ants that bite exist in Canada. I wonder if what works for mosquitos works also for ants. I hope someone else can suggest a remedy.

Pick a good supply of the plantain and mash or tear it up. Old timers chew it up. Put it on the bites and stings. Put diatomaceous earth out where the hills are to kill them without being toxic to you and the dogs. Plant lots of mint to confuse them about where they are going because of the smell.

I will need to cover the whole yard! I do have mint! AND I found a whole area here that`s nothing but plantain, the thin leaf, I also have the broad leaf at one rental.

@andriaperry I wash my hands all the time, surely a cream on the hands would not last long.

@andriaperry does it feel better now? I remember I used my self-made coconut oil when ants attacked me in the garden. I rubbed the coconut oil to the bites and the itches lessen.

A skin cream or ointment that has hydrocortisone to suppress body reaction to the bite.

Do you have fire ants where you are? Try epsom salts in water or a baking soda paste.
