Were finally done with this gutter

We got busy this morning because those carpenters finally came to deal with this leak problem. When they tore the roof out, the old gutter had a huge hole in it. this is why our tenant kept getting leaks on it. As a result she delayed her payment to us until it's fix. It took a couple of hours, but the job was done. Luckily it rained tonight and there was no leak anymore. But it seems their work screwed the cable a little bit. Anyways, I was tired because I helped too. Have a nice day

Finally you have found time to repair it. The past few days were dry and hot. That the perfect time to repair it and have it dry before rains hit that space again.

@Letranknight2015 Thats good that you were able to fix before any strong one would ruin the repair. It is so difficult to do repairs when there are rains involve.

@cacay1 It would be more complicated to repair it when its raining since the drainage will not easily dry under the rain and the leakage might not be truly patched up because the surface is wet. The ideal time for it to repair is during sunny day.
