Lunch in the Park

Every summer the school district puts on a free lunch in the park for kids. It runs from pretty early in June till the end of July.
They do have a few rules; eat the meal at the park, the kid has to eat it all themselves, and parents can purchase a meal.
Today they had a choice of a breakfast sandwich or finger steaks. To go with that there was fruit, carrots, animal crackers and milk. Usually is pretty healthy things.
Where you live, do they have something like this?

It is free for the kids....not sure how expensive it is for the schools to do this for the kids though

No, they don't have this in our town. But then, it is a pretty affluent area.

It definitely is a neat thing....not sure how long they have done it here. That's great that it is done there tooo. It is a great service!
