*clears throat* The beauty of MyLot, besides having a great majority of wonderful people here, is that we can read, Like and comment on whatever posts we desire. If it doesn't interests us, we can just move onto another post. If we have something to say, we can leave comments and then interact back and forth as much as we like.
Sometimes we have posts where many people will comment on and then we have other posts where very little to nothing happens. Should we really take it personally? No. Why? Because not everything we post takes people's interest. Also, not everyone who is a member here will see it. Believe it or not, there is other things to do that doesn't involve being on a computer! I know, shocking! 
I know it can be a little annoying and maybe even disappointing to have no one or very little people read what we wanted to share. But to publicly abuse the site and the members....Really?
MyLot is great. Has amazing admin. A huge percentage of people here are amazing. They are just innocently trying to MyLot, however they may do it. They aren't hurting anyone! The real hurt is coming from those who feel the need to dictate how people MyLot. And cause even more hurt by being so rude and abusive when they aren't getting their way!
If someone makes fun of / abuses MyLot and it's members, will you help defend it all or just let this person / people talk trash about such a good site?

I learned years ago that there are people on the internet and well in the world that just want to put down everything and everyone. I tend to just ignore those people and move on with my life, they want the attention and to argue with you about how they hate everything. I don't have time for that in my life, I don't want them to bring me down to their level.

The people claiming to have a problem are the problem. They want to dictate how to myLot to others. It's irritating. We have a clearly worded guidance on how to use this site. There is no need for other people to impose their own rules.

@Daljinder It wasn't exactly dictating but this whole post was about...ya know...who recently said none of us were intelligent enough to read his stories. But I have found out from another MyLotter, that he was telling her who she can and cannot talk to on here. Because to him, talking to those who "hurt him" is betrayal.

I'd like to think I would but I am probably more inclined to ignore people like that! I wonder if you have just read the same discussion as I did - something about telling us how great his discussions are and people should comment on them because everyone else's discussions are rubbish. I was tempted to answer but I didn't want to be rude. I wanted to say that his discussions can't be that good if he feels the need to complain and to be rude about everyone else.

@VivaLaDani13 I understand. I've had plenty of similar experiences - it's most frustrating when you can see it straight away but seem like you're being horrible because nobody else can see. You have to wait for people to reveal their true selves. Unfortunately, the damage is often already done as it can take years for people to see that you're right.
There have been people in real life who are, to me, totally transparent but nobody else seems to see it. As much as we'd like to speed up the process of other people seeing it, it's probably better that we let things take their course - as frustrating as it might be!

@pumpkinjam I wanted to answer too but he wouldn't see it anyway I don't think since I blocked him but I still felt like saying something for others to see. But decided to just do this post instead. Whether his posts are interesting or not, he will and is losing friends and people who read his posts due to being fed up with him! If he really believes his hurtful outbursts will bring people to his posts, he is mistaken. I and others have stopped answering due to how mean he can be! There are many others who haven't seen this horrible side but they will in time as it's a pattern.

YES! I have already defended myLot when some users pretended it was a scam and they had not been paid. I know this is not true, if they have not been paid, it means they did not reach payout. Mylot is a wonderful site and many members are very good friends.

I do like mylot and yes If I saw someone being rude or bullying a member then I would pull them up and defend the person being victimised. I would also report it as it is unacceptable.

Yeah I believe it's ok too. Sometimes not getting any or many responses isn't a big deal. There are more important issues out there besides who hasn't responded to our online posts.

Unfortunately this rude abuse is going on here and on another platform that I work. I'm personally sick and tired of the cyber bullying.
If I write something that I think is fun, interesting and engaging but the vast majority or all on myLot does not think so, guess what I'm going to do?
I'm going to move on and find something else to talk about. Subjects and experiences are endless; sooner or later, we'll find a common ground.
Yes, I would defend myLot and it's members. There's no room for the rude.

@betlynfrnds I'm sorry to know that it's also taking place on another site you use. I do know bullying is every where we go but I always saw MyLot as a safe place. But for some reason some are able to hide the evidence after abusing people here so they don't get caught.

@Hannihar I have reported this person many many times as well as other people have reported him too but I guess it's hard when he keeps deleting the evidence. There was a huge fight yesterday involving him and I and others. That has all been deleted too and JJ has messaged Alex about it all.
I understand as I know sometimes venting can make things worse. I did feel better venting on this post but I feel even better venting it out to the actual person but he can't see the hurt he is causing so no point in trying anymore with him.

I suppose I am still new enough here that I have not had the misfortune to run into these situations yet. I fear I may have rubbed a few people the wrong way on occasion, but I am just being me. If they don't like me for it, so be it. But I will not bad mouth or attack anyone for what I dislike, If it is bad enough for me, I will simply block them. But that is about as harsh as I become.

@cperry2 Count yourself lucky. Because this post was about a specific person who was just causing too much distress here. Luckily, he got banned not too long ago. He was my friend but started treating me like crap and found out he was treating others like crap too.
I agree with you! Having different opinions to others really shouldn't cause arguments. We are all different. I often get shocked with how people fight over different thoughts. It's insane.

@cperry2 I agree! Just sucks that people can't get along with others. I get annoyed when people can be so arrogant and act like their thoughts are the better ones. It could all work if we could all just hear each other out and not fight but, that's quite rare it seems.
